Profile

Your Kwipoo Profile is how you present yourself on the platform. It provides a quick summary and view of your Things, Sets, and Places, allows you to manage connections, and gives access to notifications and settings. Depending on your privacy settings, your profile can be visible to friends, the public, or just yourself.

Updating Your Profile

Tap the edit icon next to your profile picture to:
  1. Change your profile image.
  2. Update your bio.
Save your changes to apply updates.

Settings & Privacy

The Settings & Privacy section allows you to manage your account details, privacy preferences, and general app settings. You can also access support options and review Kwipoo’s policies.

Accessing Settings

Tap the gear icon in the top right of the Profile page.

Preferences

These options let you control your account, privacy, and default settings.

Account

  1. Personal Information – Manage your first name, last name, and profile picture
  2. Username – Update your Kwipoo username.
  3. Email – Change the email associated with your account.
  4. Password – Update your password.
  5. Delete Account – Permanently delete your Kwipoo account. (You can also submit a Delete Account Request)

Privacy

Adjust your profile visibility to control who can see your things, sets, and places. Even with a public profile, you can still fine-tune privacy for specific Things, Sets, Places, and Events.

Public

Anyone can view your profile if it's set to public.

Private

Only your Kwipoo friends can see your profile.

Hidden

Your profile is invisible to others; no one can find or interact with it.

Defaults

Manage default settings for your account.
  1. Default Weight Unit – the weight unit of measure that will be defaulted to for entry and weight totals will be displayed in.

Support

  1. Contact Us – Reach out to Kwipoo support.
  2. Report a Problem – Flag issues or bugs.
  3. Terms and Conditions – View the latest terms of service.
  4. Privacy Policy – Review Kwipoo’s privacy policies.

Logging Out

At the bottom of the Settings page, tap Log Out to sign out of your account.
